Rethinking Business in the Age of AI
When a new technology requiring an unprecedented skillset barrels towards your organization, what do you do?
You ask trusted experts to walk your managers through everything they need to know.
But how do you translate and transfer that step-by-step information effectively at scale?
You create a visually captivating, insight-packed video course to facilitate deep learning.
7 days planning
4 days filming
390 hours editing
The Mission
We do a lot of great work—we just can't always share the details. And when clients request anonymity, we honor their wishes.
What we can tell you is that for this project, our clients' goals were crystal clear:

-
At the request of the nation’s largest health care company, synthesize complex concepts at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and organizational behavior into accessible and engaging learnings
-
Produce an asynchronous, evergreen video course with embedded assessments that educate and revolutionize the way employees think about AI in business
-
Translate nebulous, even intimidating AI concepts into approachable and captivating concepts for all learners, regardless of their role in the organization
-
Ensure a format that is easy to iterate in sync with the fast-evolving world of AI

Our Approach
Realizing the complexity involved in creating a five-hour video course, we began with a two-day workshop to identify categories of content, the sequence of learnings, and metrics of success.
From there, TLM recommended visuals to keep the viewer engaged:
-
Dialogue between clients (3 cameras, 2 sliders)
-
Each client solo (2 cameras, 1 slider)
-
Clients instructing while illustrating concepts on a translucent glass board (2 cameras)
-
Confessionals of clients reflecting on their personal journeys with AI (pitfalls and all)
With the structure of content finalized, TLM led four days of filming on a soundstage. Our diligent planning and execution ensured that the filming process was seamless, efficient, and fun, allowing the clients to showcase their cutting-edge ideas and natural personalities.
Post-production was where the real magic happened.
Over the course of 390 hours, our team edited the original footage, sourced and integrated B-roll footage, and meticulously selected background audio to enhance the learning experience.
We also partnered with a presentation design agency that illustrated key concepts in slides that we then broke apart and rebuilt layer-by-layer in video form.
In addition, we fine-tuned quiz questions and deep-thinking prompts to reinforce key concepts and make ideas stick.

Throughout the project, we maintained our human-first approach to create a video course that is not only informative but relatable, feeling more like a personal conversation with experts passionate about their subject matter rather than a distant lecture with a detached stranger.

Our Impact
At TLM, our job is video production, but our calling is transforming visions into reality.
In this project, our cameras captured more than just lectures—they revealed moments of curiosity, discovery, camaraderie, and even laughter.
Our editing suite was a laboratory where we transformed raw footage into personable narrative, punctuated by carefully chosen audiovisual elements that reinforce the learner's journey.

From the first frame to the final cut, we prioritized our human-first approach to create a seamless blend of education and enthusiasm.

The result?

A video course that does more than just teach; it changes perspectives and inspires action. Our learners don't just watch—they experience, reflect, and emerge with a newfound understanding and excitement for AI in business.
An evergreen video series designed for flexibility and maximum impact.
This is how TLM helped two clients train thousands of managers on the intersection of business and AI.
